Executive Director – Corporate Services

Mrs. Chimezie Emelobe overseas strategic formulations, business drivers, support services and internal governance coordination. She provides, develops and implements corporate strategies of the business, coordinates the divisional departments under the corporate purview such as HR department,Finance/Accounts, General internal Service and Administration, supply Chain and procurement functions, etc. She is responsible for driving day-to-day operations of the organization, which includes managing committees and staff as well as developing business plans in collaboration with the board. She is an active member of, and seats on several Board of Advisory Committees of NBEL Group of companies. She has vast experiences cutting across corporate finance, project management, investment appraisal, operations strategy, marketing operations, strategic management human resource and office management, cost management, etc. She has attended several courses and professional trainings in the Country as well as United States.

She has over 20 years of vast experiences and was an Executive Director (business Services) for Hendex Nigeria Limited between 1995 and 1997, where she deployed strategic initiatives to managing the overseas inputs of the firm in automobile operations, thereafter, she joined Stantech LIMITED BETWEEN 1997 AND 2003, she managed the Africa partnership with the US giant Noshok incorporation with the franchise as a single firm representative in sub-Sahara African. Having successful taken the company to a high level with prominent improvement in operations, expansion and profitability, she joined the services of Corinthians Furniture and Art Gallery between 2004 and 2009 as Executive Director (Operations). In there, she was extensively involved in changing the brand of the firm and liaising with key and notable firms in order to show the business offerings and raise the bar of its finance. She is a graduate of Accounts and Finance from Federal Polytechnic, Oko, Anambra State, and Southern University, New Orleans, United States, and holder of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in General Management from Trinity College and University, Malaga, Spain.

General Manager - Operation & Production

He is a Business Administrator with depth of knowledge in the Downstream Oil and Gas Sector. He was born on the 4th of September 1972 in Benin City and hails from Etsako West LGA of Edo State. He is a Christian and married with Children He completed his primary education in Benin City and attended Immaculate Conception College Benin City (1982-1987), where he obtained his WASC. He proceeded to the University Of Benin (UNIBEN) where he made a Second Class Upper Division in Microbiology graduating with a BSc (Hons) in 1991. He obtained an MSc (Food/Industrial Microbiology) in 1994 from the same university. He obtained an MBA Marketing from UNIBEN in 2011. He worked with Ontario Oil and Gas Limited as the Depot Manager of their Calabar Depot (2014-2018). He was General Manager Dublin Energy Limited Lagos (2013-2014).

He worked with Ascon Oil Co Ltd from 2002-2013. He was engaged as a Marketing Executive and rose to become their Area Manager West (2008-2013). He had also worked with Start Bourg Ltd Port Harcourt as a General Manager (1998-2002). He is a member National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM). He has a stable positive character, very analytical and highly result oriented. His hobbies includes reading and creative thinking.

Chief Financial Officer

Edwin holds B.Sc, MBA, ACA and has over 20 years senior level work experience. He obtained his professional training and career foundation at the Audit firm of Collins Oyovota & Co (Chartered Accountants). He joined Star-AP (Oil & Gas) Joint Venture as Head-Internal Auditor and later Divisional Accountant at Port-Harcourt from where he moved on to Alpha Consortium Ltd as Financial Controller.

He later worked as Group Finance Manager with Planet Press Ltd for several years where he was involved in Treasury & Operations Management before joining Sona Group where has been involved in Financial Reporting and Analysis. He has attended various professional courses and seminars on Financial Management, Total Quality Management and Team building in the Work place before joining Northbridge Energy Limited.

Manager, Internal Control, Compliance & Audit

Ogbidi David Eromosele is a graduate of Accountancy of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He is also a certified forensic accountant with a CFA qualification. He is a student member of Association of Certified Anti-money Laundry Specialists ACAMS and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners ACFE. He is an experienced accountant, auditor, investigator and risk manager with eclectic skills. He has worked in financial services, trading and manufacturing services as Internal Auditor and Accountant. He is at present the Manager – Internal Audit, Control and compliance with Northbridge Energy Limited.
