Chief Financial Officer

Edwin holds B.Sc, MBA, ACA and has over 20 years senior level work experience. He obtained his professional training and career foundation at the Audit firm of Collins Oyovota & Co (Chartered Accountants). He joined Star-AP (Oil & Gas) Joint Venture as Head-Internal Auditor and later Divisional Accountant at Port-Harcourt from where he moved on to Alpha Consortium Ltd as Financial Controller.

He later worked as Group Finance Manager with Planet Press Ltd for several years where he was involved in Treasury & Operations Management  before joining Sona Group where has been involved in Financial Reporting and Analysis.

He has attended various professional courses and seminars on Financial Management, Total Quality Management and Team building in the Work place before joining Northbridge Energy Limited.
