Return Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, NOBEL makes it easy for you to return your items and receive a refund. To create a return, simply follow these easy steps.

• All items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return. Don’t forget to keep your invoice with you.
• You can initiate a return within 7 days for ALL eligible items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or counterfeit item.
• When returning an item, keep all seals, tags, and accessories intact and ensure the item is in its original packaging.
• Remove any passwords from devices being returned, otherwise, the return will be invalid.
• You can request a return if you have changed your mind about an item, but some items (e.g., swimwear, underwear, cosmetics, food supplements) cannot be returned for hygiene and security reasons.

Items must meet NOBEL’s return policy guidelines to be eligible for a refund. NOBEL is committed to accepting returned products in line with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Note: Only 2 attempts will be made to retrieve your item. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Weekends and Public Holidays.

Refund Process

The refund time starts from the day the item you would like to return is picked up by one of our delivery associates to the day the refund process is completed.

• If your return request is validated, it may take 3 to 10 business days for your bank to process and credit the funds back to your account.
• If you used a bank card (Visa/Mastercard), the refund narration will be RFND E-Cart Internet.
• If you used Verve cards, the refund narration will be IPG/Customer Ref.
• If you used Bank transfer, the refund narration will be www.northbridgeenergy.com Pay/MNFY.
• If you used store credit, the refund will be credited to your account as store credit within 24 hours.
• If you used a voucher to pay, the refund voucher will be processed within 24 hours and sent to your email.

• To prevent fraud, NOBEL may require additional information, such as a government-issued ID, before processing a refund.
